Growing up in a family of builders and carpenters I spent summers helping on construction sites and watching the crews build and finish everything from Amish built homes and barns, log cabins and decks to custom made cabinets and more.
I’ve spent the majority of my life in real estate in one capacity or another. In 2007 I was licensed as a Realtor in Columbus Ohio consulting with clients on purchase and resale options. I quickly realized the lack of quality contractors in the area to provide clients with assistance both getting their home ready to sell and making it theirs after purchase. Realizing the skill set I’d already used for years personally I started a small handyman and updating company and began the journey transforming spaces. One of the things that drives me is seeing the old or dated homes brought into a new personality and revived. It’s truly a passion seeing the change.
While we do specialize in major renovations, kitchens and baths our services aren’t only for those looking to build or remodel on a major scale. We also offer minor update and handyman services for things like all types of flooring, tile, granite, appliances, painting, accent and lifestyle updates including smart home options and more. If you need it done around the home we probably handle it from foundation up and including landscape and exterior updates. Thinking about flipping a home.
